Rigore Engineering is a multi-disciplinary consultancy providing road infrastructure related services across New South Wales. Our team of designers, road safety auditors and engineers are passionate about ensuring safety is paramount throughout the project lifecycle.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide value for money outcomes for our customers while ensuring safety is considered paramount during planning, construction, maintenance and demolition phases of road infrastructure projects.

We achieve this by providing the following services:

• Strategic, Concept and Detailed Design - If you are at any stage of developing a road design solution, we can help! Our professional team of designers, road safety auditors and engineers are expertly skilled in developing cost effective solutions from feasibility through to operational phases of road infrastructure projects. 

• Independent Review and Verification - If you have already engaged a consultant and want to make sure they have hit the mark, we provide independent review and verification. Or, you may be a consultant required under contract to have your work reviewed and verified by a third party, with our thorough understanding of design principles and processes we can ensure you have nailed your brief and met all regulatory requirements.

• Route Assessments and Strategic Planning - Rigore recognises that communities are experiencing the collective impact of a rising road toll, congested commutes, deteriorating infrastructure and rising operational costs. We can help you make sure that your money is being well spent on the right projects through informed cost/benefit analysis.
   
• Road Safety Audits - Increasingly road safety audits are becoming a requirement of many road agencies. Our team of accredited auditors provide audit reports that capture appropriate safety risks and remove any hassle of impertinent peripheral issues. All of our audits are undertaken in accordance with the latest relevant standards and guidelines.
   
• Safety in Design - Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 it is a requirement to not only consider the safety of a person responsible for constructing a structure but also those who operate, maintain and dispose of a structure.  We offer Safety in Design (SiD) workshop facilitation services as a third party by adopting a process which complements and integrates existing risk assessment practices. 

• Risk Assessments - Rigore recognises that our road network is scattered with roadside hazards, but how do you prioritise which of the hazards requires immediate attention? Rigore adopts a quantitative economic evaluation of roadside objects by calculating the cost/benefit ratio of treatment options. This enables us to recommend a treatment, based on the goal of achieving a return on investment and value for money, whilst ensuring the safety of the travelling public.
