Projects Details

A Proposed Subdivision at 124 Reservoir Road, Malua Bay is part of a rezoning proposal consisting of 101 new residential lots. The proposed development will connect to existing roads, Sylvan Street and Gumbarri Road. George Bass Drive is a significant north/south main arterial road within the South Coast Region of New South Wales.

George Bass Drive is a main distributor of road users between Batemans Bay and Moruya. The adjoining Kuppa Avenue provides access to store-fronts and parking for the beach and playground. Slyvan Street is the sole access to the new development. The proposed development is likely to produce approximately 84-85 vehicles in both peak periods of the day.

Our Role

Rigore Engineering Services (Rigore) was engaged by Lindsay Usher Consulting, to carry out a Transport Impact Assessment, including traffic counts, vehicle type analysis, and impact on surrounding roads and land use to compile a final summary of the findings, assessing the impacts of the development.
